Reviews
Lovely home shop,very impressed.
Expensive but flexible
Good furniture
Super
Very poor quality products that come with missing and damaged components
I bought 2 beds, neither one was complete. Missing legs, missing screws, mattress supports 4 out of 6, out of 2 beds we couldn't make 1. The repair of the situation in the store told us that it is done after a week since we make a written report with pictures. Wasted money, wasted time, frustrated, nervous and bored consultants.
I bought from Lem,s 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is probably new but looks second-hand. Not worth it. Better Ikea.
Very disappointed. I ordered something and received something completely different. Now, a report must be made and, waiting another 2 weeks for the solution, after I have already waited 2 months for the product... I gave 2 stars for the quality of the product, but the services deserve much less than 1 star.
Things are moving slowly... They don't stick to delivery deadlines and if they bring it to the warehouse... it takes an extremely long time before they can give it to you. It seems to me a rather communist system and difficult to understand, especially since their furniture is quite expensive. For example, now I'm waiting for a living room furniture that is in stock... more than 9 days when they announced a week and the goods have been in storage for 3 days. But they can't deliver it, they said, because they have a lot of work in the warehouse. I wonder like many other clients... why don't they hire staff? And why can't I deliver when there are only packages? Without opening them? Curious system and inefficient.. I will direct my purchases to another, more profitable store.
